In March everyone in the Learning for Life Pathway visited Kingswood in Ashford for our 2024 Residential. We wanted to ensure no-one missed out, so we worked with Kingswood to offer learners the choice to stay two nights, one night or just to come for an adventure packed day to suit them.

The trip provided our learners with the opportunities to develop their independence, life, and communication skills whilst also having a lot of fun with everyone from college. We worked closely with Kingswood to develop a bespoke programme to suit everyone’s needs and the trip was an adrenaline-fuelled blast from beginning to end with all learners able to take part in zip lines, abseiling, obstacle challenges, fencing, teamwork building challenges, karaoke discos and campfires whilst staying in ensuite fully catered accommodation. Everyone still talks about our legendary trip to Kingswood and are already looking forward to and planning next year’s residential!
