Next Sunday, 4th May, Lynsey Ritchie, our Deputy Principal, will be running the Prague Marathon to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK. Sadly, we know that many of us have been/are or will be affected by this awful disease at some point in our lives.
As a college we want to do all we can to help Lynsey raise as much as she can to help those affected and one day to find a cure.
Over the week of 12th – 16th May we will be holding a variety of sporting opportunities in our TOGA sessions. We will encourage all to think about those who are affected by Alzheimer’s/dementia.
If you would like to donate, then please support your young person to bring in whatever is appropriate to them and your family (we have donation boxes in college), or if you’d prefer, you can donate directly via Lynsey’s fundraising page.
Of course there is no pressure to donate financially, Lynsey will appreciate all your thoughts and best wishes for her run on Sunday.
